"Ticino a Tavola" is a project created by the Centro di Competenza Agroalimentare, directed by GastroTicino.
For the year 2012-2013, 123 restaurants partecipate to the project local products through their use in preparing tasty dishes. The main goal is to focus on restaurants which respect the "Decalogue"of the event, which requires them to offer dishes and recipes prepared with ingredients from Ticino. You can easily identify the restaurant wichi partecipate to this project thanks to a cockade "Ticino a Tavola".
